Welcome to Spuzzed! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the website www.spuzzedgame.com (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of the game Spuzzed (the “Game”). The Site and the Game are owned and operated by Echowave3 Creations LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing the Site, purchasing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing or availability at any time.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • Shipping and delivery terms are displayed during checkout.

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Gameplay Disclaimer

Spuzzed is designed for entertainment purposes. Because it involves alcohol:

  • Play responsibly and never drink and drive.
  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • If under the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, you may not use alcohol while playing Spuzzed.
