Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the carrier and service level you select.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s policies, shipping method, and your location.

3. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship orders within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

5. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Be prepared to provide your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you.
Claims submitted after 3 business days may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier if their package is lost or stolen after delivery.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
