1. Damaged Products Only
- We only accept returns and issue refunds for products that arrive damaged.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with gameplay, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
2. Required Timeframe
- Customers must contact us within 3 business days of delivery if their product arrives damaged.
- Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Proof of Damage
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the packaging it arrived in.
This information is required so we can process your claim and, if applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
4. Refund or Replacement
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue either a refund to your original payment method or a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your payment statement.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our product, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged.
- Opened or used games cannot be returned.
