Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery using the Contact Us form on the home page with your order number and photos of the damaged item including packaging.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes — if your item is damaged upon arrival, we’ll provide either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Q: Are shipping fees refundable?
